These terms apply when you use this website and place an order with AskMo Demo. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Who you are ordering from

AskMo Demo is the seller and supplier of all food and drink ordered through this website. Your contract for the supply of food and drink is with AskMo Demo.

This website and its online ordering and payment functions are operated for AskMo Demo by a third-party ordering platform, and card payments are processed by Stripe.

Placing an order

When you place an order it is sent to us for acceptance. We may be unable to accept an order if we are closed or too busy, an item is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your address, there is an error in the order or its pricing, or we are otherwise unable to supply it. If we cannot accept your order and you have already paid, we will refund you.

You are responsible for making sure that the details you give us are correct — including your name, telephone number, delivery address and the items in your order.

Prices and fees

Prices shown on this website include VAT where applicable. A service fee is added at checkout and is shown to you clearly before you pay.

A delivery fee of £1.50 applies to delivery orders.

A minimum order value of £10.00 applies to delivery orders.

Delivery

Where we offer delivery, we will deliver to the address you give us. We aim to deliver within approximately 45 minutes of accepting your order. All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by how busy we are, traffic, weather, distance and other things outside our control.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Collection

Where you choose collection, you are responsible for collecting your order from us. We aim to have collection orders ready in approximately 20 minutes. Collection times are estimates only.

Payment

You may pay by card online, or by cash on collection or delivery where we offer it. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Allergens

If you or anyone you are ordering for has a food allergy or intolerance, you must contact us directly before ordering. Menu descriptions may not include full allergen or ingredient information. Please see our Allergen Information page.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared fresh to order, an order usually cannot be cancelled once we have accepted it and started preparing it. Please see our Refunds & Cancellations page for full details.

Using this website

You must not misuse this website, place fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but menu items, prices, opening times and availability may change. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law, and disputes may be brought in the English courts.
