Card payments

Card payments made on this website are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may hold card information in a secure, tokenised form so that payments, refunds and disputes can be processed.

How long we keep it

We keep order and customer records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. Payment and order records may be kept after your order is complete so that refunds, disputes and tax records can be handled.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
